Ever Hear of Pre-Paid Legal Services?

About a month ago, I signed up with this company called Pre-Paid legal. They supposedly help you resolve almost any legal problem you may have. They’ve been in business for over 30 years, are top notch on the NYSE for the last 5 years and I have friends that have used the service. I’m looking to see if anyone else has used them for Legal services, Motor Vehicle issues, Trial Defense, IRS Audits or Credit Protection? I mean, I only pay $24 a month for the service and it does cover my whole family. I have them clearing up 2 incidents for me now. I bought something online for $826 and never received it and I’m also suing someone for $1500. So,I have them working on it for me, but I’d like to know if anyone has used them and what the final outcome was? And how long it took for resolution. For what but each to clear up two thingsone which thought was hours drive from my area.
My will and pay additional money than not pay thousands in retainer plus high hourly fees for lawyer.
When I first had them they were Excellent! Years later I signed up again and the service was poor- they didn’t want to do anything (except collect their checks from PrePaid). The first time they would send out letters for me and give me advice- the 2nd time I had to pry any kind of action out of them. Their speeding ticket help was no help either- they weren’t familiar with the traffic laws in the state where I received the ticket and I gave them more information that I got. You just never know, I guess.
