   Try. I’m almost 100% positive that it’s possible. It’s just like a gift card.

   Yes u can at a check cashing place most often and “hir” school I.D. should be sufficient proof of who she is, great idea. One that comes to mind is called Cash In at they r pretty good and should teach her how to minimize her spending by charging her for each transaction which will make her savvy real quick about not being too frivolous with her money especially when it goes so fast.

   yep, they should have a place at the mall. its called simon gift cards. just like a visa u can add money on anytime too.

    Be careful of the monthy fees and if your 15 can do accidental overdrafts.

    * Watch the fees *
    AAA has them
    Target has them too
