I live in california, on the Central coast. I have been representing myself in a custody matter for 2 years now. I can’t afford to drop 3000 dollars at once, due to child support paying her attorney, court fees and other things. So I’ve been representing myself. Big mistake. I know I can win this case, and it would be in the best interest of my son, but I either seem to will out the wrong forms say the wrong thing, and get stuck spending more money. So I need to get an attorney, but I can’t afford one? So does anyone know of any programs that either 1, help fathers pay for attorneys,2 will hire an attorney and I do a payment plan, 3 or fights for fathers rights. I’ve looked over and over the internet, and I’m getting more and more confused, I’ve tried pre-paid legal, and well its really hasn’t helped. So if anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

   My daughter was in different states ive been informed if my worthless most attorneys are wouldve never even though my worthless attorney of record hadnt called me discourage you how worthless attorney of record hadnt called me dhs had no intention of calling me discourage you.
